Yes! I would love to go somewhere cool and exciting. We are doing New York, although, I think I already said that. Hopefully, we will soon go overseas again. But, my music teacher is threatening to stop organizing trips because less than 3/4 of the band actually go.

short side, our senior and jazz band were hit sooooo heavly by having so few people able to go to the Kiwanis festival that Stalder (short bob) pulled out the jazz band and the senior band went with only 15 people, competeing in A section against bands of 60, we got an 83, 1 pt away from third place, we still so Rocked

Well, our band played in the Atlantic Band Festival in Halifax this year with like one french horn of three, plus a bunch of other instruments were missing, including the best clarinet player. (I just know the FH stuff because my sister plays FH and she was freaking out about it, but she was president. Lol.) I just really hope that people decide to go on the trip. The main problem this year was that the band voted between Halifax and Chicago. So, the people who voted for Chicago just decided that they weren't going to go to Halifax because, well, it wasn't Chicago.

we had a 20 bar clarinet solo with only two clarinets (me being one of them), we were nuts nervous cuz we had to sinkronize it perfectly or ruin the whole thing

Joshua, do u live in Cambridge? cause Stalder is teaching at my school because Tall Bob (Houghton) is leaving. The ironic thing is tall bob is leaving our school this year to teach at a different school, and short bob is taking his position. Anyways, OVF regional for part of southern ontario are held at my school. So if anyone is coming, let me know. My band usually goes to Toronto in winter to watch a musical but couldnt go this year b/c we wanted to watch Lord of the Rings musical, but it was coming out to late for us to go. Besides that we do feeder school concerts, play at churches, participate in OMF in London and thats about it.
