be our guest if you want to anelise, this may have been started by section A but it is open to anyone from OELC, and requires all of us to contribute in some way, to the planning of the get together in order for it to work out, if your going with dates then i suggest Aug 16,19,20,23,26,27,28,29,30,31, for your poll

Yah. Anyone feel free to take charge! If you have any ideas, good or bad, just voice them.
A poll sounds like a very good idea.
But, could you make it so that you can vote more than once?
This way, people who can come on multiple dates will be able to select all the dates they can come.
And, I believe that the magic number is 10. So, if 10 or more people choose a certain date, we should probably use that day.

so far, we have My self, Jamie, Cam, Shane, Lucus (if he can get a ride), Zack you are going right, same with Dave I think, krista's gouing too I think, and Cam mentioned about five or more others, and that's all I can remember, sorry I couldn't be of any more help, Plus we still need to go over how we're gonna do this carpooling, zack,

sooo Jamie, and I are coming for sure. Sarah said that she is going as well and Kyle and Erin are trying to get down here from peterborough and I've put an email out to all of the singing C section and i have gotten very few replies but the ones that i did get, people are trying but its not very likely that they will make it down. pooey...
