Well, I went out and rented "Rent" and was pleasently entertained for about 2 hours. After watching the vocal major's performance, I weanted to see the real thing, and so when I did, each of them because a little more awesome. The vocal major's became more awesome because it sounded so "Right On" with the original tune, and the Musical itself became a little bit more special to me, I think. Well, moreso than if I had watched it without any OELC perfomance enticing me to, anyway. Anyone else's thought?

Oh, I've never seen it. There was such a huge hype about ti at my school that I was so tired of hearing about it, I completely neglected it. Y-Y I'm wondering if perhaps I should see it, after all, but.... my pride's in the way.

I've never seen it, but it's coming to Kitchener this November!!!! Most of the cast is from the original Broadway production, which is great!! It's just one or two nights, then the cast moves on to another city, so I'm getting tickets for sure to see it. I should probably rent it soon.

I love Rent....I saw it on Broadway last summer, and it was amazing. The movie is a ton of fun, too, and I thought it was well done.
Our OELC-ers are better though, from Seasons of Love to Take Me Or Leave Me to Will I!

I love Seasons Of love.. and i was so happy (as a vocal major) that we were singin it because its about reflecting on your life over the past year.. and i know we were only at camp for a week but it was still about looking back on what you've acomplished, and how far we came in such a short period of time..

I've been missing everyone for a while now. The unconditional acceptance gave way to bossy parents. They're not bad, just annoying at times. But still, I miss you all so bad.

Definately. That was the best thing about OELC....no judging!

You're very welcome. Actually, Dale, don't change for the world. You have a great smile, keep it that way.
Where I am, there's a lot of judging too. It comes with being in a "developed" society, I guess. I don't fit in their mold, I'm a weird shape. But, I like it that way.

thank you very much! i like who i am and i dont want to change it.. just society as a whole is very narrow minded and dont like to except things/ people that arent normal..
